The recreation center has a swimming pool and spa with changing rooms.  The main building is ideal for entertaining guests and hosting social activities with a great room, full kitchen and large dining room, plus plenty of outdoor patio area to take advantage of the beautiful view.

The current HOA dues are $125 per month, and that fee includes the maintenance of your front yard by the contracted landscaping company.  Also, funds are kept in a reserve account for repairs to the recreation center, gates and entrances, private roads and street lights.
